First time visiting. Arrived right at 9:00 when they opened. There were a couple other guys waiting for the doors to open as well (good sign). Got right in with a very minimal wait. Unfortunately my specific stylist’s name escapes me but she was friendly and really made sure she was giving me the haircut I was looking for. Got the hair wash w/ warm towel. That was a nice touch. Finally, the military discount was great and very much appreciated. Can’t beat that service for $9.11. Will absolutely go back when I’m in Bay City again. One note - they do take debit/credit cards but if you want to leave a tip on the card you have to run it in a separate system. Not a huge deal but will just bring cash next time.

Excellent service, fair priced and no long hairs left behind. I do not recall hairstylist name, she was kind, quick and forgiving of my loud children. 3 boy haircuts, 1 adult me haircut. I will go there again. I liked all hairstyles she did.

Sabrina Did Awesome. Definitely will start going to her every time. What adds to the Great Service and Haircut is Modes Tavern is next door not 20 feet away so You can check in if busy and go have Food or drink while waiting you're turn.

My go to place for a haircut. The staff is super friendly and I always leave with a great cut! It is quite busy here at times, but even with a full waiting area, you still get in and out quickly. Today, I had five people on the list ahead of me, but I was still done and on my way in less than an hour. They offer a discount as well for public safety personnel.

Very satisfied with the service. My stylist was very nice it seemed like she talked, listened, and worked at the same time. Before I new it I was out the door and hope that would be there in 4 weeks. I'm 67 years old and I did get name to book an appointment.
